Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative at Marsupial Gear, you will be an integral part of our customer-focused team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Email and Phone Support:
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information regarding our products, services, and policies.
  1. Return Processing:
  • Managing the return process efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers with return requests, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  1. Showroom Oversight:
  • Overseeing our showroom area to ensure it is organized, well-maintained, and presents our products effectively.
  • Welcoming and assisting showroom visitors, providing product information, and facilitating sales when necessary.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of our product range, outdoor equipment, and hunting gear.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and new product releases to better assist customers.


To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using email, phone systems, and customer service software.
  • Knowledge of outdoor equipment, hunting, or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
