SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Due to seasonal demand, order processing is taking us longer than normal. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship. Orders with expedited shipping service are shipped the same or next day, depending on when you place your order. If you pay for a expedited shipment after operational hours, this order will not ship out until the following business day! All standard orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping estimates can be found while completing checkout. ESTIMATES are provided by USPS and not guaranteed. UPS 2nd Day Air does not guarantee Saturday delivery. If modifications are required to your order or rush shipment is needed, contact us ASAP at sales@marsupialgear.com and we can modify the shipment if it has not been shipped yet. 

We happily accept international orders! Please be advised that additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery of your package. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Fees will NOT be calculated or included with your transaction through Marsupial Gear. Marsupial Gear is not responsible for these charges, and we encourage you to check the international shipping regulations for the receiving country.

International USPS shipments are currently delayed (in shipping) by 2-3 additional weeks due to limited capacity and flight cancellations. We strongly recommend paying for an alternative carrier when you check out.

Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to 45 business days to be delivered. Be sure to continually check your tracking number (provided via email when your order ships) for delivery status. Marsupial Gear will cover shipping charges associated with returns/exchanges if the customer received incorrect items in their shipment. If a customer wishes to exchange or return items for any other reason, it will be the customers responsibility to cover shipping costs. All returns/exchanges must be processed through the RETURN PORTAL.

Marsupial Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, a claim must be filed by the customer with the mail carrier. If the customer knows they will not be home at the time of delivery, we highly encourage a confirmation signature through the carrier! Please reach out to sales@marsupialgear.com beforehand or immediately after placing your order! We will invoice you for the confirmation signature charge. If you receive a Shipping Confirmation email and no additional invoice for the signature confirmation charge, please call our shop ASAP so we can accommodate your shipping needs. (623) 434-3403
