Please be aware that this warranty exclusively applies to our gear, the products we sew, and does not extend to our logo wear collection.
Manufacturing Defects: If there are any issues with materials, faulty buttons, buckles, or zippers, or problems with seams, stitching, or peeling, we’ve got you covered. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will make it right.
Normal Wear and Tear: The outdoors can put your gear through the wringer. If you encounter rips, punctures, burns, broken buckles, or notice any problems with stitching or zippers due to regular use, rest assured, we’ll take care of it.
Products damaged due to improper washing methods outside our instructions. We recommend sticking to our washing guidelines to clean your gear.
Elastic deterioration caused by ozone scent elimination technology. We understand the importance of staying scent-free, but the elastic might not love it as much as you do.
Blatant misuse and gross negligence won’t fall under the warranty unless you’ve got a truly outstanding story that defies belief. We’re all ears, but we can’t promise anything.
Cosmetic damages like scratches, scuffs, or minor dings that don’t impact the performance of the gear won’t be covered. Let’s be honest, a heavily used pack looks a lot cooler anyway.
We take pride in our gear and want to ensure your outdoor experiences are as hassle-free as possible. If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty or even something unique that’s not listed here, don’t hesitate to reach out.
If the issue is a defect on our end, we will cover the shipping costs. For normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to us. However, we will cover the return shipping costs anywhere in the United States. ( we do not cover shipping from orders from third party vendors )
