If you receive your order, and decide that it is just not for you, please contact us at sales@marsupialgear.com. All returns must be in new and unused condition WITHIN 30 DAYS for a full product refund (excluding shipping charges). For returns on non Marsupial Gear products, be aware that the product packaging must remain unopened to facilitate the return process.Returns past 30 days are subject to approval, handled on a case by case basis, and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges unless the incorrect item was sent or the item is defective.
All returns/exchanges must be processed through the RETURN PORTAL. All returns/exchanges must be sent back to Marsupial Gear at the cost of the consumer. The customer can use USPS, UPS, or Fedex as carrier options for the return. All packages must be sent to the following address:

Problems associated with normal wear and tear could incur a reasonable repair or replacement charge. Any returned goods must be clean, and free debris in order for us to make repairs.
