NetherlandsGreat quality and very practical. With the gate keeper buckles on the strap it can be quickly attached to and removed from the Molle webbing on the spotting scope case. It works great. Adjusting the length of the strap works also great. Sometimes you want the case thight to your shoulder. Another time your want it more loose. The non-slip fabric does its job well. Very glad I bought this accessory. Thanks a lot!
