CanadaThis rig is awesome! I’ve used it for both shore fishing and in the canoe, works great for both applications. Also have taken it on the trail when hiking, keeps things close and ready if needed. Marsupial gear knocked it out of the park with this setup.

United StatesThis product is excellent and I love the chest pack. Tying flies over the front pocket and it not opening completely is very convenient and I have saved plenty of flies from being lost with that. I always hike into places with a backpack so I have all my essential gear or emergency fishing things in there because the chest pack cannot hold anyone's full fly-fishing tackle. I carry my gun in the pocket closest to my chest while hiking before I get to my fishing spot. It is a full-size 10mm and this pocket provides the simplest and fastest access over a holster. I have a spare reel, 3 fly boxes, all my leaders, knife, lighter, stringer, license, and floatant. Great pack with a rugged design so I recommend this for any fly fisherman.

United StatesLike all Marsupial product, the fishing pack is high quality and includes great 'after-thought' additions that most other packs don't have--like the molle-style webbing down the front with magnets behind them, making a great place to store your hemostat for quick access. But my absolute favorite thing about all MG products is how there are these added extra touches that have no obvious use until you start to get creative. A great example is the tab that is attached to the little rectangle of material on the back of the harness. Pointless, right? Not if you are attaching a net by magnet, then it's in the perfect location to keep your net handy and out of the way while you fish and hike from hole-to-hole.
